Food For Thought



Today Ngahere have been doing food for thought we have been learning
what are everyday foods and occasional food everyday food has a fat total less than 10 grams unless it has good fats which are nuts seeds and avocados. Sugars have to be less than 10 grams unless it has fruit in it then it can be 20 grams Dietary fibre has to be more than 5 grams and salt has to be less than 400 milligrams. We went to New World to looks and the everyday and occasional food my group found out that shapes have less salt then Cruskits. I was in a group with Taj, Clara and Aaron and our adult was miss Farr. and on the way there I went in miss Farr's car with Quaid and Clara.
