NASA landing on asteroid

 Today for my current events I did NASA landing on an asteroid. I chose to do NASA landing on the asteroid because it sounded interesting and I like space. I enjoyed reading the facts about and how it has been circling it for almost 2 years. I found it challenging because there were not many facts about it.

Bridge Valley Camp

One of my favourite things was the waterslides but the black one was better because it was really fast, another fun thing was the flying fox because you went fast and you flung really high at the end. Some challenging things were laser tag because it was hard to figure out how to play but then I got the hang of it we didn’t win any rounds but it was still fun, another hard one was abseiling was hard because you had to climb up this massive tower to get to the top and it was like a maze I kept getting lost. When I got to the top it was really high up.

Tokyo see through toilets

 Today I made a google drawing about the new toilets in Tokyo. I found it challenging finding the facts about the toilet because they were all really interesting. I enjoyed looking and the transformation of what it looks like when someones in there vs when there not

Maori Kahoot

 

Today I made a Maori Kahoot because it is Maori language week. I found it challenging thinking of questions to put in my Kahoot because there are a lot of good words. I enjoyed thinking of the word and putting all of them together.

Maori Pronunciations

 Today Max and I made a Maori pronunciations video we hope this video taught you how to pronounce some Maori words. I found it challenging because we kept having to restart. I enjoyed pronouncing the words because it is my culture.

 Today I made maui the New Zealand demigod. I made this because it is Maori week and we got to decide what Maori thing we wanted to do and I chose to draw Maui. I enjoyed making it because you had to be precise and you the right colours. I found it challenging figuring out what colours looked the best.

Great Barrier Reef

For the past week, my class Taiao has been reading about the Great Barrier Reef. We have looked at information from both a book and article.

I enjoyed finding facts about the Great Barrier Reef because it was very interesting. I found it challenging reading the two long articles about the Great Barrier Reef.
